Shipping Information

Payment
All prices listed are in US Dollars (USD).
Our website accepts credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Apple Pay) as payment. Once your credit card has been validated, we will debit your credit card immediately for the full order amount. We cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging into any other currency.
Order Processing
We aim to ship all orders within 72 business hours of receiving your request on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped in the following 2 business days. You will be notified through an email confirming that your order has been shipped, including tracking information. Please note that orders may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs hold ups. 
Shipping
Items are shipped from Montréal, Québec, Canada.
Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by the size of your order in total weight and taxes on shipping in accordance with state policies.
We deliver all orders within Canada with our carrier Canada Post, a national postal/courier service.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International and express shipments are delivered by one of your local carriers and require a signature upon delivery. If your country does not come up as an option, please contact us. 
We currently ship to Canada, United States and most of the European countries. If you are located elsewhere, please email us directly and we will be happy to calculate international shipping on individual orders. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. 
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Alex Lesage is not responsible for any charges or delays that are incurred from customs/duties. If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us but you will not be refunded in any circumstances. You may contact your local customs office for additional information.
Alex Lesage warrants that products delivered to purchaser are free from defects in material. We do not cover defects arising out of or caused by faulty maintenance, incorrect use or incorrect assembly, alterations or repair performed by purchaser or normal tear of the products.
Please note we do not offer refunds. We only accept refund for defect products. Original shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. We are not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were upon receipt and with the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Lost or Damaged Items
Alex Lesage shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses done by any services provided. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company. We will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Failed Delivery
Alex Lesage cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature is required upon delivery. 
In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an address being entered incorrectly, your refusal to pay duties, failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Alex Lesage is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Cancellations
No cancellation of an order by the customer is permitted except where expressly agreed by the company in writing. All such cancellations shall be informed to the company in writing to hello@alexlesage.com
