Item availability

Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, all products shown on our site are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all the products available on our site are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible and will not process your order if made.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or product information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the website, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
